The Mina Group needed savvy social media mavens to engage millennials and draw customers to Mina Test Kitchen. We started by developing a social media framework they could use and apply to all the restaurant concepts developed in Mina Test Kitchen. We created mouth-watering content and organized foodie influencer events to build word of mouth in the local market. We also strategically leveraged their Instagram profile as a channel to drive reservations. The results were an increase in reservations for two of their concepts, Post Cards From La Costiera and Mi Almita.

  • 115.4% increase in monthly engagement on Instagram

  • 441% increase in monthly impressions on Instagram

  • 200 unique monthly clicks to their Open Table reservation page via Instagram
